Who we are

The company OBC Outcome Based Consulting was founded in Poland in 2004 by Bartosz Pątkiewicz, a trainer with over 10 years practice in sales, sales management, communication, presentation, training techniques and team working. He was implementing numerous projects for consumer goods, pharmaceutical, medical and financial markets. He is a creator of several training programmes of sales management, sales techniques, negotiations, motivation, career management and personal development. Starting his own career as a sales representative, he developed to become a sales manager and executive.

The idea of OBC originated from inspiration and expectations of our Clients, who more and more often need solutions prepared exclusively for them, based on experience and ingenuity. OBC is a think tank organization which, drawing from experience and knowledge, assists managers, sales representatives, marketing and customer service employees in their work on themselves and the scores they achieve. We help people in their professional and personal development so they could increase their effectiveness on their path to the target they have set.

Thanks to solid research and analysis – made for our Clients – we have developed many effective models and techiques which are used in many Polish and international companies with confidence and satisfaction and some of our resolutions are implemented abroad. The most commonly known are Sales Model, modern approach to sales focusing sales representative's attention on the customer's decisive process and Managing Model, synthetically showing the most important responsibilities of a manager and assuming individual approach of a leader to each team member.
